4 sessions over the course of September. Class Schedule Sept 6 & 7: Chicken Week – From whole bird to perfect pieces Sept 13 & 14: Beef Week – Master steaks, roasts, and ground beef Sept 20 & 21: Pork Week – Carve pork loin and bone-in pork butt Sept 27 & 28: Sausage Week – Mix, stuff, and season your own sausages minimum 4 participants to run a class (can be mixed groups)
